The **Principal IT Analyst, Shared Services** will report to the Senior Manager, IT Shared Services, and will participate in managing core support processes for an IT organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that IT services meet the needs of various organizations within IT and in Business Units outside of IT through promoting collaboration, efficiency and cost effectiveness through shared resources and standardized process.
