Slitter Operator Salary in Oklahoma

Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Slitter Operator position at our facility located in Jackson, Tennessee. This is an 3rd shift position (11p - 7a) working Monday - Friday. Candidate must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 90-120 days, but this is not guaranteed. Starting pay is $20.37/hr. There is a $2.50/hr differential for hours worked between 7p-7a. Key Responsibilities: Operate Slitter in order to: Ensure safety Perform to quality, waste, and production standards and goals Meet or exceed the customers (both internal and external) expectations Meet the highest of quality standards Communicate orally and/or in writing to other departments for resolution of mechanical problems, reporting defective material, coordination of job preparations, changeovers and daily shift information Report production accurately and timely through Prism to include waste, WIP, time codes, raw materials, etc. Ensure your own s
