What You Will Do as a Slitter Operator: Sets up and operates slitter according to established procedures Ensure finishing equipment is working correctly, troubleshoot, perform safety inspects and complete required documentation, perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment, and initiate work orders for repairs Perform equipment change-over and splices Maintain inventories needed for production run Perform data entry on SAP What You Need as a Slitter Operator: Ability to read length measurements, gauges, and meters Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately, work independently, and be a team player Ability to position and lift 50 - 100 pound
