Job Description Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated NON parent Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, and support to athletes. This is a Travel ball position so traveling around the area is a must on weekends. We play twice a month and practice twice a week. Both Head Coach and assistant coach are paid positions. Job Description: Develop knowledge of and abide by current NCAA, MASCAC, or other affiliated conferences, rules and regulations regarding recruiting, eligibility and sport-specific rules concerning practice and playing seasons. Maintain knowledge of current sport game rules and changes to those rules as they occur. Develop and manage a recruiting plan that meets new student enrollment goals.
