Interviewers will work to contact, gain the cooperation of, and interview research study sample members. The successful candidate must complete a paid training course and pass a certification test on knowledge of survey system procedures and protocols. The ideal candidate has previous telephone interviewing experience and can work within acceptable error ranges to collect accurate, consistent, and reliable data following project specific training instructions.
