Overview This position provides office support, assisting the Registered Land Surveyor (R.L.S.) in the preparation of typical survey projects, such as boundary surveys, subdivision plats, construction calculation, topographic and route projects. Responsibilities Perform survey tasks as per the direction of the Survey Project Manager and Project Surveyor. Completes detailed drawings from field survey data, sketches, plans, specifications, and written or verbal instructions using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, or Trimble Business Center. Provides technical support for assigned projects. Reviews work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting to RLS for review. Prepares field packages, drawings, exhibits, legal descriptions, and completes simple calculations with specific instructions. Conducts field checks upon request.
