Work hours must be flexible, 40 hrs. max per week, will include some evening and weekend work. Orient project vendor partners to District protocols and procedures. Facilitate communication regarding payment processes, invoicing submissions, and collaboration with inspectors. Liaise with school principal and Safety Security & Emergency Preparedness (SSEP) representatives to schedule site walks. Plan and participate in site walk-throughs, involving key vendors, SSEP representatives and school administrators. Obtain and review placement maps from vendors, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Obtain approval from school administration and safety personnel for proposed maps. Identify additional requirements with vendors (e.g., switches, UPS). Coordinate purchase order receipt confirmation with vendors.
