Monitor job sites continually to identify and correct inefficiencies and waste.

Documents competitive issues and properly conveys findings to management teams.

Manages customer relationships and is the primary contact for service issues in small and medium profile accounts.

Understands and works with the Office Manager in the communication of the manpower, equipment and resources required to complete field service projects.

Develops employee work schedules for allocation of resources to meet business needs and maintains /approves timekeeping records and absences in according to KCI policies.

Drives and monitors sales and project budget by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, in-stock and inventory levels, budgeting and assessing economic impact for remodels and project timeline deliverables, and educating, informing, and directing associates, creating a sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective schedule execution of project deliverables coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure supply schedule, update information (for example, Print Changes, Construction alterations, Merchandising updates, etcb&) and solutions are communicated, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials for projects.

Assists the project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project, and adapts schedules and work tasks accordingly.

Attend seminars, weekly meetings, operational summits and scheduled production meetings if required to understand, coordinate, and participate in division construction practices and procedures.
