Being an SVP of Product/Brand Marketing develops and approves the policies and procedures utilized in the design and implementation of marketing activities. Reviews internal metrics to understand market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field and develops an effective marketing strategy. Additionally, SVP of Product/Brand Marketing develops budget, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The SVP of Product/Brand Marketing manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact.
