Additionally, Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst investigates and resolves discrepancies in billings and collections or payments. Analyzes customer credit history, determines credit risk, and recommends credit limits and payment terms. May recommend improvements to accounts payable/receivable processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be an Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.

Minimum 5 years of combined Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
At least three years business experience preferably in Accounting or Accounts Payable.
The successful candidate will be someone who understands accounting and will likely have prior accounts payable or receivable experience, but more importantly has the energy to make a difference in ongoing process improvement to ensure that payment processing is efficient, effective and accurate for our customers.
1-2 years experience of an accounting position (bookkeeping, accounts payable or receivable), excellent quality graduates will also be considered.
Accounts receivable analysts should have a keen interest in finance and accounting, as well as strong communication and organization skills.
