Monitors, measures, and documents patient progress using standards and cardiac and other medical test results. Additionally, Exercise Physiologist may require a master's degree of exercise physiology. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. May require exercise technologist certification. The Exercise Physiologist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. To be an Exercise Physiologist typically requires 4 -7 years of related experience.
