Responsibilities

As Food & Beverage supervisor you will report directly to the F&B outlets manager and be responsible for the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the F&B team. Your role will include:

• Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurant, bar, room service, and conference and events as (as required).
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered according to hotel standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of promotions and events to drive revenue.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Host briefings and team meetings to communicate department performance and strategies.
  
  

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team working skills, and able to manage schedules
• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment, and resolve guest complaints
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations food handling best practices
• Understanding of food and beverage operations, inventory and ordering
