This national Contractor specializing in Health, Labs & Data Centre projects up to $100M.

This company is a growing business that pride themselves on working across fun and exciting projects for the team.

This business is in a growth phase, now employing over 100 staff nation-wide, and have well and truly solidified their spot in the market.

Project

The relevant role will involve constructing and fitout of 9 Data Halls on a $100M Data Centre project in Melbourne's Western suburbs.

This project has guaranteed works until late 2025.

Role

Joining the team as a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for all procurement, letting, vetting and negotiating of trades, head & sub contract management, stakeholder management and general administration duties.

You will also be responsible for developing, upskilling and mentoring Contract Administrators, whilst leading and ensuring the project makes profit.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will have the following:

• Degree in Construction, or Diploma in Building
• 10 years’ experience within contracts in the construction industry.
• A strong understanding of cost reporting
• Experience working with projects at a minimum of $50M
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
