Bibra Lake Nissan have an exciting career advancing opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join their team!
Seeking organised and enthusiastic Automotive Parts Interpreters to join our expanding parts team in Bibra Lake Nissan!
As an integral member of our highly regarded Parts team, you will be responsible for the timely issuing of parts to service/workshop and retail customers as well as dealing with incoming queries and orders in an efficient polite and professional manner.
Role:
Handle customer requests, take sales and quotation enquiries as required
Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients and canvassing prospective new business
Ensure daily orders are placed on time
Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
Control and reconcile cash sales daily
Assist in managing the department inventory and risk mitigation reports
Regular reporting of sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections in conjunction with the Operations Manager
Monitoring sales revenue, margin, and expense performance, initiating corrective action where required
You:
Possess strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
Career minded with a "Can Do" attitude
Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and helpful
Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
Resilient with a drive to succeed, honest with high levels of integrity
Forklift license desirable or willingness to obtain it
Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role is essential
