Role Description

Position: Conveyancer

Location: Maroubra, NSW

Join our team at Benchmark Legal Group as a Conveyancer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping property transactions. In this full-time, on-site role, you will:

• Provide expert legal consulting and guidance on property transactions.
• Draft and finalise legal documents.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, managing communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve various legal issues related to property transactions.
• Managing exchanges of contracts and property settlements.

Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in this role you should possess:

• Expertise in Law and Legal Consultation skills
• Proficiency in legal document preparation skills
• Exceptional Communication skills
• A meticulous attention to details in all areas
• High-level organisational skills
• Ability to work seamlessly within a team environment
• In-depth knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing Processes
• A Bachelor's Degree in Law or a License in Conveyancing
• Over 4 years of professional experience in conveyancing, ensuring expert management and execution of property transactions.
