Maintenance Manager

The Role

The Facilities Manager - Maintenance Manager will be responsible for delivering Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building and Fire Services!

As a Maintenance Manager you will be coordinate and oversee the delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building and Fire Services for a requests Health care provider for BGIS.

This role is based in Garran, Canberra! 

To apply for this role, you must be Covid Vaccinated! 

• Liaising and manage sub-contractors and vendors on site.
• Manage the delivery of the contractual obligations.
• Delivery of Maintenance Services to the agreed budget.
• Attending sites at the relevant priority time frames.
• Inspect and maintain the BMS (Building Management System).
• Provide cost estimates and quotes for works.
• Undertake system and asset verification tests.

Skills & Experience

• Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, or Hydraulics.
• Experience operating an online Work Order Management System.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
