Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior BIAN Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing BIAN Service Domain Models within our financial services client base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs and systems are aligned with industry standards and are capable of supporting current and future business needs. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the transformation of our architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and efficiency across our service offerings.

Key activities you will be expected to perform:

• Lead the implementation and integration of Domain Models within the financial services sector.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BIAN-aligned and modelled solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on data modelling best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the BIAN architecture and its integration with existing systems.
• Conduct regular reviews of the architecture to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Mentor and train junior modellers and data engineers on BIAN methodologies and principles.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIAN and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on architecture and implementation.
• Proven expertise in BIAN Service Domain Models and their application in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of domain modelling approaches and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
