About The Role

Based in our Toowoomba Store and working towards customer growth activities you will provide individual needs analysis for customers in branch, recommending the most suitable products and explaining the value and benefits of these products.
Alongside this, you will be responsible for leading your people, developing authentic and genuine environments for them to grow and setting an example for extraordinary performance.
About You
You will combine your drive for sales, together with your proactive, customer focused approach, to provide your customers with the best possible solutions and service.
With a resilient attitude, you will enjoy leading your team within a dynamic and ever-changing environment and have a lively and enthusiastic approach, taking a positive, can-do attitude into everything you do.
As a well-established Sales Leader, you will be aspiring to demonstrate and build upon your leadership capabilities and take on additional responsibilities including coaching and mentoring of staff, reporting and assisting with operational requirements.
