Requirement-

1. Strong experience working with Microsoft applications Azure, Teams, O365, Active Directory
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to research and perform testing in the lower environments to gain an understanding of a process
4. Enterprise scale project experience.
5. Minimum of 4 years of business analysis experience.

Responsibilities-

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements to support the strategy and goals of the remediation.
• Engage stakeholders and apply a structured approach for the collection, documentation and analysis of business needs and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate stakeholders are included in the development of business and technical requirements, including facilitating relevant workshops, meetings, working groups, etc.
• Influence the business on what remedial activities should be prioritized based on risk buy down.
• Work with AD engineers to capture impact to people, process and technologies.
• Raise changes in all environments to aid the technical remediation of focused items.
• Define System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.
• Developing high-quality documentation, such as business requirement documents.
• Create training material such as user guides.
