About The Role:
As a member of our dynamic team, you will facilitate safe and meaningful family time for children and young people in the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care) with their families and significant others. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge to mentor children and young people in various settings. This role involves providing written updates and reports, ensuring thorough communication and documentation.
You will benefit from numerous opportunities for upskilling and professional development, supported by a large and dedicated team. This rewarding role allows you to strengthen family connections between children, young people, and their families.
This position will see you working shifts primarily between 6am to 6pm across all seven days of the week with shifts that may extend beyond these hours. If you believe this role is right for you, we encourage you to contact us to discuss.
