The Role:
In this position, you will be at the forefront, guiding a committed care team to deliver the highest quality of resident care. Simultaneously, your role involves the implementation and upkeep of a person-centered care model that promotes wellness and engagement. Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and the Aged Care Quality Standards, optimizing AN-ACC funding, and providing professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members are integral aspects of your role.
Additionally, you will be actively involved in the development and implementation of care plans, conducting assessments, and constantly monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided. Effective communication and collaboration with residents, families, and other stakeholders are paramount, reinforcing a harmonious and supportive care environment. Your contribution extends to participating in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, further solidifying the commitment to maintaining excellence in care provision.
Your Profile
- Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Maintain current AHPRA registration.
- Adept at handling conflicts, managing pressures, and navigating competing priorities with confidence.
- Proven capability in offering leadership, support, and mentorship to fellow team members.
- A strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
