Job Description
Our newly formed Energy & Utilities business is seeking an
ANZ Head of Zero Harm - Water to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will lead the Zero Harm team that delivers initiatives, programs, and outcomes for their allocated line of business.
This is a full-time permanent position that can be located in multiple locations throughout the East Coast of Australia. Please note, if successful in this role there will be occasional travel required.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will possess the capability to lead, execute, and drive change within the business, fostering positive transformation and ongoing enhancements within the safety space.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a senior leadership role in the Health and Safety industry.
- Previous experience managing a large team of safety leaders and advisors.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, Workplace Health & Safety, or related discipline.
- Advanced Diploma in Health & Safety or willingness to obtain.
- Lead Internal Auditor or willingness to obtain.
- Exposure to high-risk industries, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
- High level of problem solving and the ability to deal with complex issues.
- Able to build and maintain quality relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
