Must be experienced minimum 5 years as a Retail Supervisor/Department Manager with some level in Cooking skills with Food Handling, Food Preparation and Food Presentation skills with the ability to work in a Fast Pace Environment and be well Presented with face to face customer service skills
The ability to be a team player, be innovative and to meet set KPI's with the assistance of management. Have people management skills to leader a team and take ownership of set goals.
Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas, methods and changes when presented to them.
Having a previous senior position and experience in Deli, Grocery or Fresh Produce outlets would be highly regarded.
Experience in stock rotation across several departments, minimising waste and general house keeping of the working area /department and store would be a great advantage.
Must be Team Player, Self Motivated, have Attention to Detail and Clean Well Presented.
Available to work Monday to Friday and weekends, early mornings and / or evenings.
