- Significant recent investment into the Bakery including new kitchen and lunchroom facilities on site

Tip Top are currently seeking a trusted HR generalist who supports and upholds our company values, policies and procedures. Reporting into the Regional People & Performance (P&P) Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of value-add HR business partnering solutions and building the People and Leadership capability across the Springwood site and the National Supply Chain Team in order to effectively deliver positive business outcomes and growth. This is achieved through delivery on the platforms of Performance and Accountability; Leadership and Capability; Alignment and Engagement.

To be successful and thrive in this role, you will have:
- Previous HR experience essential however a great opportunity for someone seeking the next step up in their career
- An interest in working in a manufacturing environment, with a willingness to learn
- Effective communicator (written and oral) with strong influencing skills Excels at building and maintaining genuine relationships based on mutual trust and respect
- Ability to work collaboratively across a peer group to achieve aligned outcomes
