SKILLED SITE MANAGER REQUIRED!

With over decades of construction experience, my client is a successful and well-regarded Builder/ Developer, compiling a large footprint within the residential home/townhouse market. Our client has a strong focus on customer service and an ever-growing positive culture, who can offer ongoing career progression.

The suitable candidate will possess:

• Trade qualification or strong hands-on experience
• A genuine passion for excellent customer service and guidance throughout the complete build process
• Knowledge of QLD building codes and practices
• Attention to delivering quality homes, on time and with minimum defects
• Thorough understanding of on-site OH&S requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills

Job Role:

• Liaise with the Construction Manager on design-related issues - pre-construction that may prove problematic to the regular scheduling of site activities
• Supervision of onsite construction from post-site audit initial site cut
• Client liaison and troubleshooting
• Oversight of all works associated with Defects Liability Period, to satisfaction of all clients
• Scheduling and coordinating works and communicating timelines with subcontractors
• Reviewing plans, carrying out take-offs, coordinating suppliers and sub-contractors to adhere to strict work programs
