Grosvenor Engineering Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to build a high-performing team and shape Grosvenor's future talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organisational culture.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement attraction strategies and early career programs to engage with students, graduates, and emerging talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry associations, and other partners to support talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and internship programs to showcase Grosvenor as an employer of choice.
  • Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance and optimize strategies for talent acquisition and program effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, talent acquisition, and early career development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 years’ experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, preferably in the HVAC, Fire, engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Experience in developing and managing attraction strategies and early career programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, stakeholders, and educational institutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Australia (Preferred)
