The Role
- The Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) at Haileybury ELC will develop and deliver a high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, in consultation with the educational team, management, and parents.
- The ECT will provide educational leadership and collaborate with team members to ensure the centre meets the standards of the Department of Education, Victorian policies, and national regulations. Additionally, the ECT will support the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan, uphold confidentiality standards, and contribute to community engagement activities such as school tours, parent-teacher interviews, and social events.
