Bar Supervisor

Hawker Hotel is seeking a Bar Supervisor to join our team.

The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.

Must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to motivate a team and be able to work with a diverse team.

Role requirements:

• Oversee daily operations across our bar and kitchen, ensuring smooth operation.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service
• Ensure the bar is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks
• Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential

Experience and qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hotel or bar environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
