About the Role

HR is a rapidly growing industry sector, with technological and workforce change contributing to a high demand in HR skills as organisations recognise that people are their biggest asset. We have a fantastic opportunity available in Brisbane to take on a warm desk recruiting both temporary and permanent HR roles across the South-East Queensland region in industries including public sector, not-for profit, healthcare and education.

You will enjoy a strong base of established PSA clients and loyal local clients and there is also a huge opportunity to grow the client base, take market share and take advantage of the growth opportunities in the state.

Reporting to a manager with over 12 years of experience in HR recruitment, you will receive continuous support, ensuring your development into a leading expert in Human Resources recruitment. Your role will include:

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing new candidates
• Handling the full recruitment process - from meeting with clients, taking in job briefs, sourcing and short-listing through to offer management
• Providing outstanding service to your customers
• Utilising LinkedIn, Seek and developing a social engagement strategy
