The Gig
The Healthengine platform success requires both supply (providers) and demand (patients). Marketing plays a critical role in building our supply and demand side of the platform ranging from building awareness, acquisition, engagement and retention.
The purpose of the role is to grow our reach and revenue through effective partnerships that promote the Healthengine functionality to both Patients and Providers. As a business and brand crossing two rapidly growing arenas (Tech and Health), the opportunity to scale our reach, brand presence and impact is huge across a range of partners, channels and industries. This role will lead that charge.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategy and execution of building new partnerships and driving reach and revenue with both patients and providers across Australia, supporting across a range of measures and teams to deliver high impact results
- Identify and onboard potential partners across a range of industries that will support the Healthengine mission, simplify customer journeys, build the Healthengine brand and/ or drive revenue on either side of our marketplace
- Negotiate, manage and close partnership agreements while properly balancing company objectives, resource requirements and speed to market. Engaging relevant teams to ensure excellence in execution of all partnerships
- Measure, report, and optimise the performance of partnerships, including identifying optimisations or issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them
- Own your KPIs and work with stakeholders, partners and internal teams to deliver results
- Collaborate with a range of teams to build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages
- Attend relevant industry events, network and increase Healthengine exposure to a range of industries and brands across Australia
About You

Experience you’ll bring:
- 5 years experience in partnership marketing/ development with hands-on execution
- Strong Commercial and Marketing acumen, supporting rapid identification of the right opportunity to deliver results for the Healthengine brand and business
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- A good knowledge of the partnership space and key players in Aus
- Experience working directly and indirectly with channel partners, brands, affiliates, lead gen and other routes to market in the partnership space
- Tenacious self-starter, motivated by great work that works for brand and business, bringing a proven capability to deliver to the role
- Excellent organisation and end to end project management to support smooth delivery
