Job Opportunity: Project Officer

Are you a skilled project coordinator with experience in managing construction projects? We are seeking a dedicated Project Officer to oversee a range of technical capital and operational construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, including scoping, government procurement processes, contractor management, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Oversee project scoping, procurement processes, and contractor management.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Manage budgets, project timelines, and reporting.
• Implement strategic project plans and ensure successful project execution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, costs, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in drafting risk templates and providing regular progress reports.

Reporting Line:

This position reports to the Assistant Manager, Property Projects team.
