We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservation Agent. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by handling their reservations and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with their reservation inquiries and provide accurate information regarding availability, rates, and policies.
Process reservations and bookings through our reservation software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of customer requests.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing solutions to meet their needs.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers.
Collaborate with team members to improve reservation processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using reservation software and other computer applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
