Workforce Officer - Recruitment to join our Human Resources team to commence in our Albury based office.

About The Position
This position is full-time permanent position located at our Albury office to commence as soon as practicable.
As a
Workforce Officer - Recruitment you will assist with processing high volume onboarding across a range of support services inclusive of Disability, Homecare, My Aged Care Package services and Transport. The position will assist with onboarding, data entry, maintenance of registers and provide support to the recruitment team to ensure accurate documentation/information is distributed to all departments for efficient and timely commencements. This position is responsible for maintaining the HR inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, communicating with various stakeholders and providing support and assistance where required as an administration function.
About You
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail/data entry skills
- Previous experience in HR or Recruitment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn new skills and other aspects of Human Resources
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively to problem solve
- Ability to liaise with and maintain a positive working relationship with various stakeholders
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
