F&B Supervisor - Unique Restaurant, Mornington Peninsula
Join our dynamic team as an F&B Supervisor at one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most renowned and bustling restaurants. With a dedicated team of 35 staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vibrant dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shift operations, including bar and service functions, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
Maintain an eye for detail, delivering excellence in guest service and managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Enhance the guest experience by expertly pairing local wines with a diverse menu, ranging from health-conscious options to classic favourites.
Work closely with the larger management team to manage a high volume of guests, often serving up to 200 patrons during lunch and dinner periods.
Ensure that the restaurant’s busy environment is handled efficiently and that all staff members are motivated and performing at their best.
