About The Role 🚀

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. You'll work closely with our product lead, engineers, and customers (lawyers) to create a game-changing product that reinvents legal workflows. You’ll have full ownership of developing and creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for cutting-edge legal tech solutions.

You’ll Be Empowered To 💻

• Conduct and analyse user research to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Lead internal design workshops for collaboration and innovation
• Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, maintaining a component-based design system
• Design and implement experiments and user testing to validate and improve designs.
• Stay updated with UX trends and methodologies, especially in AI

We'd Love You To Bring 🌱

• 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI/product design.
• Expertise in user-centred design methodologies and Figma.
• Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of design thinking principles.
• An obsession with UX and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points For ✅

• Experience in legal tech solutions or interactive tables
• AI knowledge
• Experience with legal tech solutions or products like Notion, Zoho Sheets, SharePoint, Excel
