Position Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. You will oversee various aspects of marketing activities, from content management to event planning, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as you will be engaging with Mandarin-speaking audiences and promoting our brand on Mandarin social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Lead market research initiatives to identify trends and develop strategic marketing plans.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Handle all aspects of content management, including copywriting, video production, graphic designing, website content management and blog writing.
• Plan and organise events, seminars, and industry conferences to promote our brand and services.
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, media agencies, marketing agencies, and manufacturers.
• Oversee lead generation and nurturing processes, ensuring the quality and relevance of leads.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train marketing team members to support their professional development.
• Maintain and enhance brand image and identity across all marketing channels.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools, implementing best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required, as this role involves promoting on Mandarin social media platforms.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, CRM, Google Analytics, and SEO is a plus.
