Nido Early School Waurn Ponds is seeking lead educators or educational leaders who are ready to take the next step in their career into a Curriculum Leadership position.

We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families.

• Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
• An excellent communicator
• Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
• Be a kind and supportive leader to all colleagues
• Willing to be recognised as the educational leader at the service
  
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
• Experience as an educational leader highly regarded
