Title: Swim Program Supervisor, Permanent - Part-time Role, 17.5 hours per week
Salary Range: $67,153.79 to $78,043.57 (on a pro-rata basis) per annum super (subject to skills and experience)

Our Opportunity
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Provide supervision and guidance to the Swim School Teachers to ensure the delivery of a safe, educational, and high-quality program.
- Communicate with swimmers and parents to ensure that they are informed of swimmer progress, and other matters relating to the program.
- Knowledge and development of changing rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to swimming.
About You
We are seeking a people orientated, customer focused Swim Program Supervisor to join our Swim School Team at the Warringah Aquatic Centre.
