Practice Manager

Responsibilities

Medical One is a leading General Practice centre that is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to the local community. We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager with strong leadership skills to join our team at Medical One Sydney.As the Practice Manager working 3 days a week (Monday, Tues and either Thursday or Friday ) you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, managing a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. You will work closely with our doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure that the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
• Ensure that the practice is running efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care
• Monitor and maintain the practice's financial performance
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and regulatory bodies
• Manage patient feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
• Knowledge of medical billing and Medicare (MBS)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical practice management software.
