PERSOLKELLY is seeking an Account Manager to join a dynamic Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company in Western Sydney.
Our client specialises in the production of complementary medicines, supplements, and vitamins, and they are looking for a motivated and outgoing professional to join their Account Management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing existing client and customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, identifying and addressing client needs.
Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing accounts.
Continuously develop and refine your marketing communications expertise.
Build and maintain strong, technically focused customer relationships.
Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Proven sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
Capability to thrive under pressure with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
