About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and extroverted Maitre D' to manage our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and strong leadership abilities are essential.

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in Front of House operations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with staff and customers
• Excellent presentation and professionalism
• Patience and a positive attitude
• Ability to think on your feet, use initiative, problem-solve, and multi-task
• Weekend availability is required

Tasks and Duties of the Role Include:

• Greet and seat customers, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Manage reservations and coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Assist in training new staff members and ensuring they adhere to service standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
