The Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly, dynamic person with administration and front receptionist experience, who would enjoy liaising with families and other professionals both over the phone and face to face. This position would support our Administration Team Leader to deliver quality customer service at our Children's Services Centre.
As Part Of This Role You Would
Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining security by recording all visits.
Assist with children enrolments and new team orientations.
Prioritise tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries.
Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Administration Team Leader with quotes/expenditure requests.
Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner.
