About The Role..
The purpose of this role is to collaborate areas across a wide range of SG Fleet business units designing and continuously improving the customer experience and business processes to ensure they deliver on the strategic goals of SG Fleet, in particular supporting digitisation, product, and efficiency targets.
Responsibilities..
- Develop and communicate a strategy and set of principles that should be applied to business process development. This will be in conjunction with the customer experience principles and strategic goals
- Develop a repeatable process that can be used to support process re-engineering work, including approach and methodologies
- Define the set of strategic, core customer experiences and support processes that transcend functional and organisational structures; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the customer experiences and processes in collaboration with management and SMEs through running workshops and producing required documentation
- Support customer centric business changes using a set of strategic principles, core customer experiences and support processes that transcend functional and organizational structures and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the customer experiences and processes in collaboration with management and SMEs through running workshops and producing required
- Coordination and communication with stakeholders throughout the process to work towards an aligned solution
- Leadership of the Business Architecture team. Provide strategic leadership and management of the team, ensuring key leadership activities are completed adequately including performance, talent reviews and goal setting
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE..
- Ability to manage competing expectations and priorities in a harmonious manner whilst ensuring business strategic imperatives are met
- Effectively manage and engage key stakeholders at all levels including executive team level
- Ability to handle ambiguity and can be flexible in their approach Capability to obtain a broad, enterprise-wide view of the company
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges, including structural issues within the organisation, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies
- Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualisations
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, Information systems, CX/UX design or a related discipline
