Role Overview:
Stanley is seekingan Ecommerce manager to drive the Stanley Direct-to-Consumer channel, and other online partners which is rapidly growing and evolving. This role will be directly responsiblefor planning and executing Ecommerce channel programs, driving sustainable and profitable sales growth across EC platforms. This person will lead partners from distributors and platforms to ensure strong distribution and premium consumer experience
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement key EC channel plan, determine/measure the sales metrics, and the main means to achieve
Initiate promotion and campaign online to drive traffic and conversion
Manage product assortment and inventory to ensure online stock
Provide monthly & quarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channels
Operates within approved budgets, policies, and Brand Standards
Experienced account manager who is familiar with EC marketplace development with proven track record and key trade partner management
Keen understanding and experience of assortment planning, merchandising, and consumer experience initiatives
Proven track-record in managing sell in, sell out, market share growth and P&L
Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders at various levels
Evidence of ability to track, measure ROI and analyze key sales metrics
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proven high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty, and leadership
Experience in retail, Lifestyle, sporting goods, or Consumer goods
Support brand/marketing in bringing their strategic marketing vision to life online across acquisition, conversion and retention practice areas.
Highly accountable to delivering business results, ensuring that initiatives deliver.
Partner with IT to inform and guide platforms, systems and feature/tools strategy to support efficient and effective DTC growth, globally.
Manage the evolution of an effective user experience that drives high customer satisfaction and repeat purchase.
Lead paid media, affiliate marketing, retention/ email efforts and SEO initiatives to grow the business.
Build relationship with agencies and partners acrossour DTC network.
Education & Experience:
Entrepreneurship in a fast-growing company and be adaptable.
Bachelor’s degree required
5 years of experience in eCommerce, sales, and/or channel management in ANZ region
Influential problem solver, communicator with vision who gains acceptance of others in sensitive situations across all channels, mediums, and cultures
Outstanding negotiation, communication skills
Proven high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty

Ability to establish priorities, procedures and policies effectively under ambiguity
