Salary : $70,000 - $95,000 a year

Salter Brothers Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Chefs – All positions (Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Demi Chef and Head Chef) to join their teams.
Task And Responsibilities
- Preparation of mise en place for any of the food outlets
- Follow Company policy in the Preparation and Presentation of meals.
- Adhere to all recipes according to Company policy.
- Skills in preparing different varieties of cuisine.
- Creativity and high presentation standards
- Ability to create dishes with consistency.
- Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes.
- Ability to contribute to menu planning.
- Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements.
- Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff.
- Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality
- Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering stock.
- Adhere to all OH&S Policies and Regulations
Skills And Experience
- Relevant qualification in the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and get results.
- Exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of budgets and forecasting.
