Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our client in the financial industry to support the marketing function of the organization. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this hands-on role involves diverse daily responsibilities including understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies SEM, SEO, email marketing, website management, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives, including content, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage the website, ensuring SEO best practices and improving user experience.
• Develop and report on paid digital campaigns.
• Create and deliver diverse content aligned with marketing strategies.
• Manage email and SMS marketing for various brands.
• Oversee organic social media strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Assist with planning key event.
• Support design updates for marketing materials and manage printing needs.
• Analyze monthly performance reports to enhance lead generation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing tools.
• Proficient with Google Suite, including Analytics and Ads.
• Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
• Graphic design experience is a plus; HTML & CSS knowledge is desirable.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
