A rare opportunity has opened—we are looking for a full-time Personal Trainer who is passionate about making a real difference in people's lives—including their own.


Who You Are:

  • Passionate Professional: You have a genuine love for training people of all fitness levels and thrive on seeing clients achieve their goals.
  • Experienced Trainer: Minimum of 2 years' experience in one-to-one personal training and group exercise instruction.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive and adept at managing varied daily tasks independently.
  • Flexible and Committed: Available to work varied shifts between 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus one weekend morning per week.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using client management software and online fitness programming platforms.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding communication skills to effectively connect with and motivate clients and team members.
  • Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
  • Health and Longevity Enthusiast: Passionate about your own health and fitness, serving as an inspiring role model to our members.


Your Role:

  • Personalised Programming: Design and implement individual strength and conditioning programs tailored to each client's needs.
  • Group Session Leadership: Lead and manage group training sessions with high energy and professionalism.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular follow-ups with individual clients using multiple communication channels to ensure their progress and satisfaction.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage client documentation, account management, and provide ongoing service to maintain high client retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the management team, contributing to daily reports and participating in problem-solving initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure each training session is effective, engaging, and meets our high standards.
  • Prospect Guidance: Guide new prospects through our intake process, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Community Building: Create a fun, supportive environment for clients, fostering lasting change and personal growth.
  • Multi-Tasking: Efficiently switch between tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in personal training and group exercise instruction
  • Skills:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills – Build strong connections with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency with Client Management Software – Use technology effectively to manage client progress and deliver tailored programs.
  • Time Management – Efficiently manage multiple clients and sessions, ensuring punctuality and smooth transitions.
  • Customer Service – Focus on providing a positive client experience, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Adaptability – Quickly adjust training plans to suit different fitness levels, injuries, or specific client needs.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Passionate about health and fitness, serving as an inspiring role model to our members
  • A keen interest in the evolving world of health and longevity
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Degree in a related field such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, Psychology, or Health Sciences
    • Experience in the hospitality/service industry or retail management
