The purpose of this role is to implement and manage a simplified commission structure that aligns to Vocus’ commercial objectives and motivates the Enterprise, Government and Wholesale salesforce.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a simplified and transparent commission structure for the Enterprise, Government and Wholesale functions. Ensure business buy-in of the structure and ongoing motivation to achieve business-aligned objectives.
  • Deploy and manage a software solution that will automate commission calculations and provide user visualisation and self-service capabilities.
  • Manage a team of commission analysts and provide coaching, feedback and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
  • Implement a governance process with appropriate signoffs
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis of commission payments, trends, issues and opportunities to senior management and sales leaders.


Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
  • At least 10 years experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
