ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a civil
Project Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing engineering advice and support to our ongoing minor capital work project team.
Our Role
Reporting to our Project Manager, you will:
- Interpret drawings and review scopes of work to ensure it is reflected in pricing and project execution
- Evaluate pricing, quotes, and estimates from subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage onsite resources including plant, people and equipment
- Support project start up activities including constructability review and methodology development
- Provide engineering technical support for project teams including working closely with our Supervisors
- Develop project deliverables for site execution including workpacks QAQC documentation, execution methodologies and schedules.
- Coordinating procurement of materials relevant to the scope in line with set budgets
- Support weekly and monthly reporting activities including budgeting, forecasting and schedule
- Liaise closely with clients, Warrikal management and all other project staff.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer with relevant engineering qualifications
- Previous experience within the resource sector will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
