We are seeking a Head of Strategy to lead and execute media strategies that align with client objectives and enhance the agency's market position. You'll work closely with clients, providing strategic recommendations, supporting digital media strategies, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:
Lead strategic planning to align with the client and agency goals
Present strategic recommendations to senior decision-makers
Collaborate with teams to create effective advertising strategies
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure continuous satisfaction
Deliver strategic presentations and proposals to clients
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies
Mentor and manage the strategy, data planning and trading teams
Monitor key performance indicators and optimize strategies as needed
Requirements
The qualifications and skills required for this position are as follows:
5 years of experience in a media agency or digital marketing agency
Proven ability to distil insights into practical applications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, digital reporting and campaign management platforms
Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
